Is the paypal issue regarding Indian bank withdrawl issue resolved?

    is the paypal issue regarding Indian bank withdrawl issue resolved i heard a few months back here that paypal was having some issues regarding bank withdraws to India

    There is no problem related to that currently. Just go and withdraw funds from your indian paypal account to your indian bank account.

    in this regard i would like to ask you what cause you choose while wthdrawing funds i mean does it really matters if so what cause i choose for webdesigning service?:confused:
