I have a website that is origin to India has a PR of 3. If the same website opens in US or UK is the Pagerank differ. Anyone know about this? Is it true that PR differ based on country?
Don't bother about PR. Google recently announced they are not going to update their pagerank toolbar anymore. PR is / was global. It's not like you are getting PR 3 in India and PR 2 in Australia.
PR has not been updated in a long time. You should read about TF. Moz Trust Flow - that is a better indicators of site authority
I have read, that google is not updating the pagerank anymore (they are using it in there algo somewhere, but it is not longer possible to check it yourself. so you can not say if your site has pagerank 0 or 4). I would check like kingofthewiki the Trust Flow but also the Citation Flow (In my opinion if it is a good website the Trust Flow should be higher than the Citation Flow). I would also check the Moz Trust Rank (minimum 4 for a good homepage), PA (above 25) and DA (also above 25). Relating to your question, the pagerank is the same everywhere in the world!
DA/PA are nothing compared to TF! That being said, you should look at all the metrics you can and not just one.
