So it happens, I was going through the visitor logs of one of my websites.

Apparently, I have been visited time and again by a bot from ofdp-3.phishmongers.com

A bit of the research on the domain and it turns out that they share the same mail server with ofdp.irs.gov

    Check - http://www.robtex.com/dns/ofdp.irs.gov.html - Read the Summary

I've no idea what they're upto

I noticed the same thing in my logs and came to this thread googling for it. Did you figure anything out?

I noticed two hits from 198.186.192.44 with no user agent string. They resolve to that domain.

it's a stupid india based company called prescient software claiming likely to solve your life with a snap of their fingrs when they are actually breaking rules.
since i banned the WHOLE india i guess they need a US based bot to keep harassing me. so i banned the bot too.
