Hello I Have wallpaper and Image site gallery and i added over 3000 images in my gallery now i have question, Is image gallery as these site: http://www.koolcelebrities.com/actress/angelina/index.shtml http://www.absolutepictures.com/madonna Need the legal copyright ( Image ) or no ? because the many site to do same sorry for my english tnx
The creator of each image owns a copyright (in the USA anyway). If you don't have permission to use them, you could be, and probably are, infringing on the copyright of the owners. What someone else does is of no relevance. You can't go to court and point to other bad behavior to excuse your own. I hope that's what you were asking. If not, sorry.
