I tried buying traffic like this before, never got a single conversion. If they're not just generating the hits with proxies they're generating them with pop unders, which is always a one in a million chance of getting a conversion. Best to deliver people who want somethign to the item they want
Buying traffic almost never works. Most sites that offer this traffic have users click the link and never even look at the website. They open it on one page and then just minimize it for the 30 or 45 seconds that it needs to be open. They never convert. Your best bet is build backlinks. Start exchanging links with other websites and do forum posting on other websites. Get you website out there. As for your other question Depending on what kind of website you have, you can put affliate items up like amazon or you can use companies like adbrite or adtoll hope this helps brandon
