Is the Google Tool bar broken ?

After the PR update my sites were still ranked at zero despite lots of work.

Then last night I was browsing my sites and noticed one had pr4 and two others had pr2 ! To make sure the Google toolbar wasn't lying to me I checked this site (http://www.checkpagerank.com/) which confirmed I have those PRs.

Now today I wake up and google toolbar once again tells me my sites have a pr of zero yet that site (http://www.checkpagerank.com/) still says my sites have PR.

What gives?

 

ive seen the same problem with some sites as well. Im not sure wwhat it could be, maybe there updated or something.

 

It's about different DC's man.

The toolbar check toolbarqueries.google.com . Other tools could check any other IP.

Just check your PR with a tool that scans multiple DCs.

 

Ah thats kinda lame ... I thought google would be more comprehensive than that

I was mainly shocked to see the google toolbar showing different pr rankings overnight !

Hopefully it'll get more stable soon ... until then I`ll add a pr badge to my pages.

 

Oddly enough mine works fine.

 

This has happen to me also. A few hours ago one of my sites was PR5 now it’s PR4 again.

 

note : this is using both the IE google toolbar and the FF google toolbar
