Is the Google penguin update#25 Complete or Not

    Hello,

    I was reading since few days that penguin update #25 is going to happen, some people says it's done, some says it's still have to be don, time is not set.

    So i am really getting confused and want the exact details about the update.

    I think this is totally wrong because Google official not announced any panda or penguin update.

    Yes, that's i know, but i just want to know about that information spreading in web about update #25 is real or not or anything else.
