I'm a bit confused. Is it or is it not a part of Israel? I understand the 1948 partition allows Palestinians to live there. But is the land not owned by Israel? This fight just seems to be Palestinians trying to take land that is no longer theirs (like it or not) from a sovereign nation.
After 1967. war they anexed Golan Heights and Eastern Jeerusalem but didn't do that with Gaza and West Bank. They would do that for sure but problem was Palestinians living there. Time changed and it wasn't 1948. anymore so they didn't just expel them from those teritorries. With all that Palestinians after anexation Jews would become minority in Israel in no time. That's why you hear all the time that Jordan is actually Palestinian state and that they should go "back" to Jordan. And that why you hear all the time that Palestinians actually doesn't exist and that they should go "back" to their Arab state where they come from. It doesn't have anything to do with history facts. It's about becoming majority on occupied territories. They tried that with bringing in settlers but failed to find enough extremists for that goal. So no, it's not part of Israel in any form or shame.
Isn't the Arab population in Gaza and West Bank only around 3.5 million? So, technically, even if Israel annexed them to its country, the Jews would still be the majority, right?
How are you so sure? Do you think the Moslems will certainly breed faster than the Jews or do you think the Jewish population will remain stagnant? I'm really confused?
