Looks like a decent idea but I am not sure whether it will be a cost-effective solution for businesses or not.
Why don't you think it is cost effective? Our idea is to automate the transaction as much as possible with minimal human intervention. What are the costs you had in mind?
Ilan you are adding human intervention into an e-commerce transaction that would otherwise happen without such intervention. While it might well help close sales to having a salesperson handle a sale personally like they might do in a brick-and-mortar sale at the retail store, not acknowledging that there is a significant cost for this added engagement is absurd. It appears your service is an alternative to adding a live chat service to an e-commerce website to some extent. I wish you had a good explanation of your service on the website. Obviously you want to take messaging beyond the current banking transactions and simple product ordering like with pizzas currently being offered by others. Are you thinking people will simply start a conversation with a salesperson by sending a text to a store phone number and have the salesperson search for the right product on behalf of the customer - or are you offering an intelligent shopping robot driven by text messages?
Are you developing instant chat in mobile version? Good thought, how did you get to chat? If you chat, must need login info. Some customers are not logged into web page. at that time. is it working? how? or are you using mobile number to chat?
