is the domain name good ?

Im planning to launch a wallpaper site..and i have bought a domain name wallpapersociety.com is it good? or shall I go for new domain name ?

 

too much long i think, but not bad.
i suggest something like wall1shop or wallprs

WallpaperSociety.com a bit long but a massively crowded market so having a clear keyword in the domain I think's a real plus. If you can add a bunch of 'social' tools such as sharing wallpapers with their friends on other networks, uploading their own, discussion / rating / reviews, member profiles, rewards / badges etc then I think the 'Society' makes sense. Given your talking about beautiful imagery plz make Pinterest a major part of your marketing it's a perfect compliment to your sites content and will get you great traffic.

The name is good, it tells the purpose, easy to remember, two-word domain name can be used for brand name.
