Is the big block still king?

Do people think the classic big block for adsense is still king?

Personally for me the big vertical blocks are working well enough.
For those with blogs, I think the large ad-units in the header are also ok, but not applicable for my own sites.

 

I think it just depends where you put the blocks more than anything really.

if you ask me, I would say yes.. but you need to put it on hot spot as google suggested..

 

I like the horizontal ads they work for me.
