Is the Ad Position Wrong?

Please I need experts to assess the positions of my ads and advise me if I am going against the adsense policies. I am a newbie and i don't want to get banned.This is my Site : http://www.autosflow.com/ Thx a lot

 

I'm not an expert. I only looked at the first page, but you don't seem to be violating any of the policies as far as I can tell. You might want to read over Adsense's policies thoroughly yourself, though, just to make sure.

Seems good. However you are using just one ad?
A link unit below top navigation and a leaderboard at end of the page will lift your revenues without causing nuisance for the users.
