Yeah, looks like your account is still ok. Getting in touch with Google doesn't work too well from what I've heard... if you have other sites, I recommend making your best guess as to why this site was banned and avoid making same mistake there.

All you have to do is take adsense off that site that they have highlighted, they have told you which site they are not happy with and try something else in its place.

    They mean two things:
    - site is crap
    - you write something above the ads to make people click them

It means that you need to get your site into a good shape before using adsense.

I'd be 99% certain the misleading header that they are talking about is the words "Entertainment today" above the top right skyscraper. Delete it now, it's not needed. Also for gods sake put a privacy policy on the site as without one you will get a ban. Search my posts for a sample one I put up ages ago, many people overlook that it's a mandatory requirement with adsense. Lucky they didn't spot it

This mean that you site that against the Adsense TOS was banned but your Adsense is still active
They ban only your site, not your Adsense account

Agreed on re-reading their email to you that site is banned but not your whole account. This is what most people class as "Lucky". From the text of the email it seemed to be that they had an issue with the headings around your ads, so be careful in this area. Indeed whilst they say that publishers should use only "sponsored links" or "advertisements" to label ad, likewise they do not say you have to label an adsense ad at all - so do like most of us do and don't do this. Why spend hours blending in ads and then put an "advertisements" label above it? No need to.
Note: They will never let you or anyone else run adsense on that website again though

Yeah, getting a single site banned is pretty much a slap on the wrist.
When entire account gets disabled, this is where you discover the Meaning of Pain ;)
