    Is there such a service where you can employ forum posters that carry your site signature and post in other's forum of the same niche?

    I don't think there is any specific service for that but you can give ad in forums for "forum posters" and mention your specific requirement that you are looking for.

    I hired one such service already. They call themselves a link building service who use forums for the link building... You can always request what exactly you desire if the service cares about their customers.

    If you have the idea to create a service, that would certainly be a good idea though it will take time to earn trust.
