Is that reason for ban ?

Hello mates, is that a ban reason for adsense ? Or a good placement

 

hi mate, about software : everything is risk because we are lack of copyright that mean violate google policy !

 

Well, there is nothing illegal. No w*arez, no full software, No rapidshare links.

 

The way you have the "Download" button positioned it looks like it could be a heading for the Google ads. If Google thinks that people might mistakenly click that link when they want to download then your account could get in trouble for "encouraging accidental clicks". (And if you put it there hoping people would click by mistake then that's a bad sign).

Maybe so, but I doubt they won't warn you before inactivating your account.

 

its a term of google you cant put ads right next to images

 

Maybe man, because google is so strict if it becomes to software or anything related to copyright. But that is a good placement though..

 

i think we should not to place ads to next to image may b this cause get banned
