Is that possible to get PR in sandbox period?

    My site is in sandbox. Is that possible to get PR in this period? I was heard about 9 months.

    yes. pr is updated periodically throught the year. from my experience it is unrelated.

    There is no specific "sandbox period". Just the time it takes to build quality backlinks to get your site decent rankings and the time these links take to "count", which could be 1-2 months.

    And yes, actual PR is updated constantly, toolbar PR is updated every few months.

    Sometimes more time, sometime less time, about 1-2 moths, as thindernim said.

    I have one site thats been in the sandbox for 7 months and went from pr 2 to 3 in that time!

    when my site was sandboxed i managed to get out in 5 days by building lots of backlinks. And yeah your PR may decrease.
