Yes it takes time. The 'make Money Quick' schemes are 99% scams.

Everything requires effort. The only thing about making money on-line is that once you crack it, it gets very easy

(oh so I hear - I am still to crack it)

Making money from Adsense is not very difficult when you know what works well with you audience and how to leverage the ad units on your site

@ bh_boite, what's your niche and website? Before targeting any niche, you must first do research on the keywords (use Wordtracker, SEOBook or Google Adwords) to get a rough estimate on traffic and then figure out how you're going to monetize from the site (Adsense, Affiliates or a combination of both). You'll save yourself a lot of time, headache and frustration if you put effort ahead of time. Also, there's no guarantee that you'll make any money but it does depend highly on your involvement and dedication to promoting and marketing the site.

    Hope that helps!

Quality traffic that aren't webmasters, because we are all subconciously aware of Google Ads and don't click them, and good ad placement is a must if you want to get anywhere. Integrate them well into your website, so it looks like it is your website and not Ads.. Take a look at this site for example.. they integrate Google links by using there own icons.

Also, the key is generally not to rely on the one source of income. Spread your wings a bit, experiment and be creative!

    Just a few pointers..
