Is Techcpm and cpmsolutions same ad company ?

    Is Techcpm and cpmsolutions same ad company under different names ?
    I ask this question cos, both have same layout.
    I got a mail from cpmsolution with techcpm logo...

    Now I have a doubt whether its a scam or not ?
    Pls clear this doubt...

    CPMSOLUTION.COM i dont tested them
