Is tax information required for an affiliate from India?

    I am from India.. Just opened an Azoogle account. Do I need to submit tax information before I get my payments?

    Any publisher from India please reply?

    sent your driving license? :( why would send your driving license?

    I dont see any reason for them to ask for your drivers liscense
