    Very good.

    I've heard that a lot of those on your list pay very low because it is rampant with click fraud.

    I tried RevenuePilot because you can choose the keywords you want on your site so some keywords convert well and some others not much

    Targetpoint: nice rates, pay on time (recommended)
    Adhearus: closed longtime ago
    Bidvertiser: lower rates, dunno their payments "didn't reach minimum payout"


    Cpxinteractive: Nice rates, Pay on time with PayPal/Wire Transfer (Highly recommended) <-- the best for me so far
