Is Sure Hits Still in Business?

    I've been unable to contact this company for an entire week. They do not respond to contact form submissions (their site says they will respond within 1 business day) on their website and they do not answer their phone. I've called everyday this week twice a day with no answer. My message has not been returned either. Are they gone?

    Called twice today and no answer. Does anyone here have an account with them? I'm now looking at other options but I'm still curious. Thanks.
