    Hello,
There is a keyword which i searched in google adword tool and it showed that the particular keyword is globally searched by 40,500 people monthly but in 5 days i only had one visitor coming through that keyword or phrase and im ranked 10th for that phrase.I came here at DP forum and found already a topic related to this but people over there said its may be the description that drives away the traffic from the site but in my case trust me the 2 links above me have description much spammy than mine.Plus, I am a blogger user so it gets the description automatically from the last paragraph of my post though i believe the first paragraph would attract more people.Any ideas whats going wrong? or what should be done? Thank You

Many times we don't get good stats from google tools too . Always try to search few keywords then after searching keywords go to google suggest and check keywords related to that and then again search for those keywords in google tool . By this you can get judgement about that keyword .

I always target 500 to 1000 globally searched keywords and they are really easy to target and provides me daily 3 to 5 visitors per article .

Is it a 'reverse keyword'? One that doesn't seem to make sense maybe?

What I'm talking about is that the Google Keyword Tool will tell you that certain 'reverse keywords' have a big search volume when they do not.

For example, if you use the keyword tool for the keyword "brown horse", you will see it has approximately 33,000 searches a month according to the tool.

Now check the results for the keyword "horse brown". It will also show 33,000 searches a month.

Obviously more people would search for "brown horse" than "horse brown". The Google Keyword Tool does not evaluate search volume estimations with regards to word placement within a keyword phrase. To the tool, "polar bear" and "bear polar" are the same keyword. Ironically, to the Google SERPS, these two keywords are different.

I have noticed this as well. Doesn't help keyword research as in some cases it gives you the impression that you have found a good keyword niche but the reality is many more page results and competition!
