Is submitting tax info via eHow secure?

Is it true that eHow's submission page for your tax information is not secure? Has anyone noticed this or had an issue with this? I sent a query once to the eHow staff but they never got back with me.

Also what is the easier to join first, Associated Content or eHow? I read AC doesn't ask for tax info, so I guess that means no tax withholding or what? Also, do I have to put my real name in eHow's registration form or can it be a pseudonym (this isn't the member name)?

I want to open a PayPal account now but I've yet to open a second bank account to link it to. (Don't want to mix it with my private accounts.) Is it okay to just open PayPal and keep the money there until later (whenever I link it to a bank account? Or is this impossible?

By the way, I just read Google AdSense now pays via Western Union for free. That's pretty convenient for people overseas, I guess. :)

That's not true, at least if you are registered from the US:

I suppose if you don't reach $500 your statement is true.

There is going to be a requirement to enter tax information for any US company.
