Is submitting my website to 10 directories in a day good or bad?

Hi all.

I've spent the day submitting my site to 10 internet directories.

Will google penalise my site for getting too many backlinks in 1 day?

10 backlinks in a day won't be a problem at all in my opinion, whilst there is no definitive guide the real issues start when people spam google with 100's

 

I do not think your website will be penalized by doing this kind of link building, even no one can know an exact properly numbers of daily backlinks build up. Please be aware that not all directories do approve your website instantly, thus not all of them has been cached in the same date and time. However, I would recommend you acquire link with quality over quantity in mind. It could help your website archive better ranking, thus stabilize your ranking for a long run as well.

 

10 is nothing. they wont even approve your site same day. no worries.

They won't approved them quickly and some won't approve them at all unless you pay. You're good to go.

 

Exactly my thoughts. Don't let anyone tell you what the exact number of inbound links is the right one, since noone knows. However, do pay attention to the following rules, choose quality first, dont build your inbound links only on 1 source (example directories). Don't point all your self created inbound links to your home page only.

 

dont' worry, I submit 100+ dirs a day, the only problem is directories run out

It also will take quite some time to get your directory links indexed in many cases.

 

I have known people doing 100+ directory submissions in a day without any problem... whatsoever. Anyway... 10 is pretty low number for your effort of the whole day considering it was just directory submission! People build lot better backlinks in a day for this quantity!
I would advice you to do more... if not for quantity, definitely for quality!

No, 10 directories in a single day isn't bad. Google gets alarmed when you've got thousands of backlinks coming in after a single day. Usually low-radar campaigns like your own will hardly cause Google to even blink. You're fine bro.

 

I am curious why you spent your day on that, and THEN asked if it's ok. LOL

But as other have said, 10 is nothing. 100s are also nothing. I know a guy that runs a linking
service and he often drops 500,000 links for a client in one day over multiple VPS servers
around the globe. No problem and his clients always come back for more. pm4hisname.

I rather get a few good high PR links myself and tomorrow i am sharing with my guys
where and how to get a few links from a PR9 site. That's why they continue to renew with me.

its so good, if you do the submit by hand. don't use bot or a software.

 

In my own experiences, getting how many backlinks within a day would not be a problem if only you could keep on balanced and steady pace in building your backlinks from those decent sources.

I think it's ok. I used to submit 1000 backlinks one day for my customer's website. No problem

Just submitted our new website to over 2000 dirs within a day .

 

yes,submitting your site to 10 directories a day is good as many directories tae few days to approve your site.

 

10 will not be a problem. Also they will not all be indexed at the same time so no worries.

 

I did 150 a day and guess what never even thought of that. so...........................relax
