Is SubmitEaze Fake?

just wondering about SubmitEaze and need all of you to share your experience if any one you use it
I bought this software last 2 weeks and starting to use it after watching the video tutorial. unfortunately when I try to use article submission turbo, it did not work. I am sure I have following the step by step provided on the video and I watch this video for several in case I miss something
then I try several time with different email accounts but getting the same error

Then, I send email the support regarding my problem but did not received any feedback. I have mails several times but still did not get any response from the support

my question, Is SubmitEaze Fake?

I hope none of use think many times before buy this software. I bought for $78.95 but get nothing till now

I'm not sure how you can have 'fake' software, but anyway, I use it all the time for websites and article submission in turbo mode and it works fine, in fact it's by far my perferred SEO tool and I use it for several hours every day.

Their customer support has always been very good in my experience, they've helped me on a number of occassions. Are you sure the Email hasn't bounced or gone in your spam folder by accident?

 

i am not sure but if its a auto ma tic then it could be because autos are always bad as i know with ought some so it can be

 

have been checked in the spam mail too but get nothing
this is email address I was sending to
already provided neccessary information and also capture my failure but still no response
last two days I sent again but again no response till today

I have another software for social bookmarking and have been using since a year ago and they run well with good result

but not SubmitEaze

hope there will be more sharing from someone else

 

thats a good software.
take some time get used to it. everything new deserves some time to get acquainted.

 

@seo_no1, as I said in my inital reply, yes it's definitely working - I use it for about 3 or 4 hours *every* working day, so yes, I know it's working, unless I've been dreaming for the past 4 or 5 years that I've been using it. You've probably not got it setup corectly, or it's something simple.

@AJKPeter, you're saying submiteaze is slow and has bad feedback? not really sure I understand that as it's the fastest submission tool out there and all of the reviews i've ever read are very positive. I'd bet my bottom dollar you've never actually used it becuase if you had you wouldn't have that opinion.

 

After sending mail several times and waiting for more than 2 weeks, I finally get a response from their support
but the response is really really bad. I have mail several times and I have put screenshoot of the problem but they said like this

@seo_no1 : right, so you did get a reply?! You've not actually posted what you said in your Email, but from their reply I get the impression you haven't provided them with the information they might need to help you.

How about instead of moaning on here, you provide them with all of the info they've asked for or might need in order to help you?

Also, I think it's fair enough they close for Christmas - they told you they wouldn't reply to any further Emails till after Christmas, and yet you still moan? Did you provide them with the info they asked for in that time?

why dont you try to search google about the background of the company as well as the review about submit ease.

 

everything is perfect on their official website you should do that for selling something

 

I am waiting for they response in details either they need more information or need me to do something. that's all the only response I received
