Is submission of RSS feed on RSS directories are helpful to increase keywords ranking?

    I have created RSS for my website but I am confused in that, Is submission of RSS feed on RSS directories are helpful to increase keywords ranking?

    It's good for generating back links if you redirect feeds to actual posts when people click them, and ofc the link back that you will get have your post title which is the keyword so yeah, it helps alot.
