    1. Quality of the content.
    2. Subject of the content [if it attracts large user base].

    Yes for sure .. I am getting a good traffic for my website through Stumbleupon as i am using it for last 6 months. I have checked the traffice status and found that most of the traffic is comming through the Digg, Stumbleupon and diliciouses.
    I am happy with it .. i like stumbleupon.

    Depends what you write about to be honest, I mean I published an article about an hour ago and stumbled it and it now has 2k+ hits and I have seen some of my articles get 50k+ hits from it. But at the same time you could stumble something and it would only get 3 views. I suppose it's all about what you write about!

    I haven't gotten one hit from Stumble, however i do find myself looking at other sites... I have just started using Pinterest and "pinned" my website there and had much better luck getting traffic!
