Is StumbleExchange a Violation of the Google TOS?

I just came across a website Stumble Exchange where users apparently can exchange stumbles with each other. With this kind of setup, though it may be done manually, it is violating the TOS of Google (if you're site has Google Adsense in it)?

    Thanks!

I think 'NO'. Though I do not remember all TOS of Adsense, but I am sure NO TOS is violated.

Do you need to install any script in your website to exchange links with others? Or just manually add links in your website? If it's manually added links, then it's be ok.

It's a new method to promote sites now, try it before google says NO.

It's not connected to your site and it's not spamming, so I don't see any problem.

    ..it's not new..
since users are not incentiviced to click, or even to go to your site i dont see how it could break any TOS.. it's just like Del.ico.us or other social-bookmarking services.
of course don't take MY word for it, if you are unsure, send an email to Adsense support, then post their answer here!
