I saw a video online the other day and I would like to see it again but I forgot the URL, does it get cached into some temp folder so I can open it again without going to the site?

Why not check? If you're using windows and haven't changed any crazy settings go to My Computer > C:/ > Documents and Settings > YourUserName > Local Settings > Temporary Internet Files. ...have a gander.

I know swf's are cached, since that's how I ripped all mine :):):)

It happens. Did you actually find the video in the folder?
