Xoom is definitely working and is good for the seller too.. as it gives lot better conversion rate! I keep getting their indicative conversion rate on a daily basis... in the e-mail! The problem your buyer faced.. might be one off and so please suggest as to what was the reason given by xoom for not able to complete this particular transaction? Regards, RightMan
Xoom is working very well but one can't send money using paypal account through xoom. If your client need to send money to you through xoom then he needs to send payment using his bank account or credit card. DON.

Your client ant send money to your Xoom.com account using hsi Paypal account because Xoom has stopped accepting Paypal but if your client wants to send money then he can send money using a credit card or USA bank account.
xoom shut down their Exchange serive i guess. i suggest all non Used based merchant to get USA bank acc lolz
There is no any problem with Xoom. Its working fine. But you can't send payment from Payapl to Xoom in india.
