    I have some Squidoo pages with high PR and that's the only reason why I like them: link back to their relevant site! They do bring some traffic too.

    I haven't made a Squidoo lens for months!! Don't forget that you can add some backlinks on your profile too, that page will get some pagerank from your lenses, so yes, Squidoo definitely helps in SEO.
