1. maryhamerlynn, considering the number of takedown notices issued by plain people writing blogs, it's not even corporations. No wants his or her work stolen. (A takedown notice is usually for copyright violation - which is plagiarism.) 2. Redesign, if you say exactly the same thing in different words, it's still plagiarism. If you read the original, then write about the same subject a few days later, you'll probably be far enough from the original for it to be okay. But just rewording it isn't enough. "It isn't legal, however if you modify a majority of the verbiage and a few lines then it is known as your intellectual property too" is still plagiarism of your post. (In this case it's not plagiarism, it would fall under fair use, because I'm showing something about the post and not claiming it as mine.)
