i m looking to buy synonym spinning software should i go for it.. Spinning article or content is good for Google search engine or not?
No, its not. Unless its a perfect spinner (which I doubt it is) then it will be very jumbled, hard to understand, and pretty much useless. Its important to either write your own "spun" content that is EXTREMELY unique from the original, or to just NOT spin anything at all.
It is best not to spin articles. By changing the words doesn't change the originality of the articles.
Johnson is the oldest of the four accouchement of Stanley Johnson, a above Conservative MEP and agent of the European Commission and World Bank, and his aboriginal wife, painter Charlotte Johnson Wahl, the babe of Sir James Fawcett, a arresting advocate and admiral of the European Commission of Human Rights. Stanley Johnson aswell has two accouchement by his additional wife. During World War I, Boris's grandfathering and abundant aunt were recognised as British capacity and took their grandmother's beginning name of Johnson. In advertence to his catholic ancestry, Johnson has declared himself as a "one-man melting pot" - with a aggregate of Muslims, Jews and Christians absolute his great-grandparentage. They accept two sons (Theodore Apollo and Milo Arthur) and two daughters (Lara Lettice and Cassia Peaches). Boris Johnson and his ancestors currently reside in Highbury, North London. I don't know how spinning software functions or how they really work but I've read enough about them and this is a sample someone showed me for a good laugh.
@ neoloves: Great example, It is very hard to understand. Actually spinning articles do nothing except replacing the words with synonyms. There are so many synonyms we do not use becuase those are difficult to pronounce. It would be better to rewrite the article rather than to spin the article using any software. This line made a lot of laugh. Really hard to understand. No meaning.
I have read some spun articles... Their benefit is that they are english words, passed through copyscape. But their readibility is too poor. Mostly people who need their sites updated frequently with minimum cost use this technique.
Not heard of this before - but shall definitely avoid it now. You just can't understand that article at all.
neoloves example gives a good indication of the results. If you want quality you'll have to rely on your own rewriting skills.
I concur. Article spinning, as has been so well proven above (thanks for that, by the way, good for a laugh ) is a complete waste of time. From what I've seen, they tend to choose complete nonsense words which may be appropriate but rarely are they appropriate in the context. Complete waste of time - don't do it!
True. That is the most bizarre writeup ever. I glanced on it once and that was it, ever since it's been saved in my drafts. As a writer, I always tell others not to encourage it. In fact, very often I've wondered how is spinning done? I know there are some software versions available but I can only imagine what they do. Another thing: If it's a software in use, why do clients ask writers to do them. They can simply feed it in the software and get on. Or is it possible for people to actually write such stuff? Please say no.
nonsense. Article spinners improve all the time. the latest crop (including contentboss) probably write better than most of you. Anyone wants to see what a moderns spinner does, PM me some text and I'll wrangle it free for you. People who say it doesn't work actually mean 'it DIDN'T use to work'. It's like all things technical - its improving all the time. As for 'complete waste of time don't do it', yes, Windows 2.7 IS a complete waste of time, stick with DOS. Get it? Probably not.
He's most likely talking about spinning his own article, so there's nothing wrong with it. The best way to spin is to write a few versions of each sentence and then have the software randomly pick a copy per sentence.
Spinning articles is fine, as long as you can make it readable. If its just like "the went to town boy he bought fstuff." then its a waste. It needs to be like "the boy went to town to buy some stuff" or whatever.
I think it's funny how you misunderstand the point - they are not 'automating writing', they are extending what they already have written to *make it give a better return on investment* by using tools to speed up the process. In other words to *get a better return on their time*. So what you are basically saying is that *you think its funny if people try to get the best possible deal for their money / time*. yeah, hilarious.
Webgal hasn't misunderstood the point at all. But then again she doesn't have a vested interest in it either way. Such as having a referral link in her sig.
You can't automate quality content. Article spinners suck for 2 reasons. The results are gibberish doing more harm than good to your brand or namesake on the web, and even though the words are switched around, there is nothing more frustrating than clicking on 5 articles by the same writer, that say the exact same thing, using different words. It's enough to make me steer clear of the writer, and his products because he is a hack, and obviously not a reliable source of information on the subject. People never think about that...they are just looking for an easy way to get a link to boost PR, but the damage to your credibility is irreversible if you put your name and link on junk. A quality article, will get picked up naturally by other sources, or quoted on forums and other blogs, but people who article marketing are really not in it for the quality, they are in it for the link...but are really missing the point...they should be in it for the traffic. Throwing out a bunch of useless, re-written 500 word articles for the back link, will never command the traffic and credibility of one good, well written article that provides key information...but this is all but impossible since so many people are blogging about subjects they know nothing about...just trying to capitalize of a high paying keyword...so all they are really doing is regurgitating information that they found on the web themselves....as if the average surfer can't see through that. It used to be that a writer would send his work to a reputable industry publication , hoping to get it published and gain a little publicity (and good writers still do that) , but now a days, people know that the quality of the articles is not up to par, so they submit them to content dumps that will take anything for the link. I still think article marketing has it's place, but I think article spamming (which is what most bloggers are doing these days), is a complete waste of time.
manual spinning, i.e. writing your own synonyms in using a macro syntax, works OK. (i.e. jetspinner) It's still not as good as writing completely unique content, but its better than duplicate content.
As a writer, for meit's so much easier to just write original stuff. There's so many ideas and thoughts that one can work on ensuring that every piece you write sounds great, and brings a smile to your face. Article spinning on the other hand would be a very brain dead job, and boring, and I think it kills the very spirit of creation leaving nothing to work towards. It should be rejected as a concept.
