I got a question for all of you. Is soy good for your health or is it harmful as people say? I used to eat a lot of soy as a replacement for meat but now I'm having seconds thoughts...
This is a huge debate. Study shows unfermented soy leads to a hormone imbalances. Example tofu, bean curd, all soy milks, soy based burgers or soy sauce.
Although the debate is still on, Soys are rich in protein and are useful for health. I would suggest you to seek advice from a medical professional regarding it before changing your diet.
I don't know I've head that soy causes cancer and such... That that goes for the ordinary soy or the one that is modified?
It is good for your health it is rich in proteins and other rare minerals, but anything with a limit is always not bad. But if you intake it more, then you would face problems, and i too heard that modified soy can cause disease to human.
