    It's like you're going to write for an exam studying using one or two resources or books will not be enough mean while you don't know what your competitors are doing and how strong they are. You'll need the help of all available resources out there to achieve that target.

    As we need to build natural and relevant links so we have to use almost all the methods of link building so that our links would look natural to search engines.

    Also, you need use both nofollow and dofollow it also makes natural links.

    do not build links only one resources..search engine loves social activity and social bookmarking is also a social activity..but search engine algo is very sharp now.if you bookmark your links only 1 i.p address your links suspect bad.try to create a community on bookmark sites.get a votes. dont build links on social bookmarking sites for the purpose of SEO. build links only for informational purpose.show your behavior on search engine look natural.use long tail informational base anchor text.some times you can use just your keywords.avoid over optimization penalty.don't use spamy low authority bookmark sites.

    No it is not enough. But is good for some rankings. Other tehniques like blog comments,article submissions is other option and is very useful.
