Is Social Bookmarking allowed on DP or not?

    Hello Everyone,

    I just want to clarify that Social Bookmarking is allowed on DP or not....because I see many threads...where members Sale and Buy Social Bookmarking...But on other Hand,many of members post in those threads that Social Bookmarking is not allowed here...and those threads still live...:confused:


    Please suggest me
