IS shtml SEO friendly or not?

    Ok guys i have a site that has pages in shtml extention' , is this seo friendly or not. Can someone help me out with this question?

    I didn't see any problem using SHTML extension before. What you see in the source code of such file type is what search engines also see.

    In my opinion the file extension doesn't matter but the generated html code.

    SHTML is simply a way to combine more than one HTML files into one. Shtml is pages that are essentially just HTML.

    IMO. it is seo friendly as long the host provided you with SSI (server side includes). If it is provided it should be enabled. :D

    SHTML is fine. You can go ahead with SEO.
