    Its completely safe if you buy from a trusted and well known site and not from a new site which started last week or so.

    Nothing is 100% safe even in tangible shop, but you can reduce the risk. Buying online from trusted websites like amazon, ebay is most safe. But it always be good to make sure you're buying from a good seller. Check the feedback, comment before buying is absolutely good for you.

    We can not give any surety to anything 100%. Yet we are to choose some things for our demand. In my point of view,online shopping is so much acceptable for all. It provide products any time. It is either costly or cheap you can take it easily. Apart from this, It also saves our time.

    Depends on where you shop, Not just online but offline also you have fraudsters. I am a vendor to various ecommerce portals & have been into ecommerce since last 6-7years in India & my experience have been safe & I can see the scenario better day by day & we also have ventured into our own Kitchen niche portal called Kitchen18.com
    Always try to contact the phone number & verify before placing an order on a new portal is what I advice.

    But as if you do shopping by going out to the store as compared to online shopping there is no more risk involved.
    Shopping online is as safe as going to stores and as risky as going to stores.
