    I dont see why this is a big deal...not like VCC is banned in the universe, ONLY on DP...all you have to do is keep your original contacts and do you your business off the site?? VCC came in handy for me a couple times but i can totally understand why they would want to ban it.

    I beleive you have opened many threads regarding this.
    VCC sales are banned to prevent further frauds and scams.

    Why DP didnt ban it earlier?
    it will be simple to you.

    1. why did people allow chinese toys for babies for long time, why didnt people ban it back in 2004 when they know it is harmful for babies.
    2. why did people those who claims they hate mac use it for a long time, why didnt they not use it form start?
    3. Why this? Why not back in days?
    4. etc....?

    no one will realize before using/facing.
    people use VCC and start to buy and sell, 1-2 started to get scammed, later 5-6, and the scammed population increases. From experiment and seeing, its time to ban it for future frauds.
