Are you asking about the Adsense sharing program. If you like to share revenue with the visitors. Your site should accept google tos. That means , you need to get more page views every day. So that you can apply for that program.

Honestly I don't care.. But since you care so much, think a little and read adsense's tos. If there's something fishy, then don't do it. You won't earn much this way anyway!
