is seobook.com free keyword research reliable?

    I researched for a keyword and it is showing 1000 daily searches for that keyword
    Is it a reliable data?
    Can anyone analyze it?
    Can you suggest me a tool where i cans cross check these results?

    The best tool ever to test keywords is the tool within your Adwords account. Generate keywords, group them, and see which ones actually convert. ...and SEOBook's tool is decent, but don't trust the numbers it gives you.

    I think nichebot.com and wordtracker are good but still you can't guarantee about their accuracy.So for its better not to rely on one analysis and use more then one tool for analyzing any keyword.
