    Yes, I can say that is the best way to target quality, relevant and natural traffic on the website but you need to create only high quality, relevant and natural back links for the website on regular basis. Also need to promote your website in the relevant market through social media site. Social media sites also help to increase targeted traffic on the website.

    It works but it takes a while to see results I would say look into paid traffic if you have the money for it..

    You need patience and wait to get results through seo. And yes you will get targeted traffic to your websites at free of cost if you do proper seo.

    Actually by SEO we can get traffic but for sure it will take more time so instead of this i would like to suggest you about paid traffic because it will give you a quick results.

    SEO is the longtherm path, other (social, paid search, display, ...) is the short one. You need them both. One to get the other. You'll always need both. That's how it's ment.

    So that more than get traffic on your website.
