    I havent read it yet but Aaron is a well trusted SEO Guru so its probably worth the buy.

    Whats cool in that book is that he gives personal insight of SEO instead of just saying facts in a cold way like most of the SEO books out there...

    Really it depends upon your definition of "good." While we always advocate that beginners obtain an inexpensive SEO tutorial to start the learning process, if you are unaware that other options exist and insist on purchasing a PDF format, I can personally recommend Google Secrets by Dan Sisson. It flows much better and in my opinion is much more accurate.
