    Of course SEO is better.
SEO: Long term and at the end you'll get all the traffic for free.
Adwords: Short term and it's expensive..

Adwords will bring direct traffic to your site. SEO is free if you know what you are doing. But it takes time. Adwords now!

P.S. I would not spend money on a blog hosed on Blog Spot. Better to get your own domain.

Adword's traffic lasts only if you continue to pay. Search engine traffic is consistent and is free if you put effort into it and either way, the main contributor in the end is going to be search engines to get traffic.

    Very straight forward! Exactly!

Ifyou take pride and joy in your website and want to build an ongoing relationship with the Search Engines you will want to SEO/Linkbuilding for your website. If you want immediate and expensive results, then Adwords is the way to go. You could always do both...

You will have to spend lots of money to promote your blog, so it might not worth the investment if you're not selling anything on your blog.

For blogs, you should consider using SEO strategies :)

I would use adwords initially to get the brand noticed and also get targeted traffic. At the same time I would continue working on SEO for long tail keywords and main keywords. This strategy has worked for many of my commercial sites successfully.

Adwords traffic is expensive and temporary (but very targeted).

In the long term SEO is better (if you know what you're doing of course).
If you want to generate sales in a very short period of time (or instantly) than PPC (AdWords, AdCenter, Yahoo, etc.) is your only option.

Adword works great for startup ecommerce websites. SEO is a long term run. SEO is better.

Adwords is like SEO except you have to pay to appear on the first page and pay for each click. So since SEO is free it's better than adwords

Keep in mind that SEO is not exactly free. It takes a lot of time, quality backlinks cost money, etc.

As a new person to this, I will agree that SEO takes time and if you don't have the time, you need to pay for some help. I have been paying little by little to receive SEO help. I can not even think about the idea of paying for adwords, seems to expensive.

Both are better to answer your question
because in early stages when your site is not in google SERP's adwords will help
As SEO is not done overnight it take few months , can be 3,6,9 months to get good SERP's till that time adwords is better then in long run ofcourse SEO is better
