Is SEO about to become VERY different?

    I think many search engines will seek for content plus age of the content.., and their backlinks asusual and changing the whole system of google is not a easy task for google and with coming of unlimited TLD's the work will be pathetic to differentiate between the sites and rank them, but google might give more importance to .com's and some other country wise tld's

    I think the high cost is for the right to sell that TLD. Sort of like a franchise fee. You buy the right to sell all the domains for *.whatever and make back your investment by selling the individual names.

    .anything will just be for large businesses, who either wish to sell domains or own a custom domain for themselves

    I don't think it will change anything. Google won't change it's ranking system overnight, it's too big a business
