Is selling your BANS website allowed?

    Hi guys,

    Eventhough this section is about CJ, I see lots of topics about eBay and BANS over here. I was looking at another forum the other day and a guy was trying to sell his BANS website. He was already getting some nice offers.

    Anyways do you know if you are allowed to sell your BANS website (meaning, including the software?).

    I haven't bought BANS myself so I have no access to their forum or whatsoever. But if reselling is possible it's a lot more intresting to buy (and resell) it!

    If you buy BANS you can make as many sites as you want with YOUR license.

    If you want to sell a site that uses BANS, the buyer will need to buy their own BANS license.

    You mean to say that site owner has to charge license amount from the buyer.Buyer has to get the BANS license from the vendor again.

    No,but the buyer most own/purchase BANS. You cannot just give them your script.
