Is selling bulk accounts allowed on DP ?

    Hey fellow DP users,

    I am a professional bulk accounts provider and that includes the range of gmail, hotmail, yahoo,.AOL, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, SoundCloud etc. Now when I was going through the forum rules on BST, I found this:


    Now the part unclear to me is including, but not limited to :| Sorry if it is too dumb to ask but could anyone please tell me in plain words what that is supposed to mean ?
