    Hi...

I want to sell some Domain Names that contain the word Sex and Porn in them. Is selling names with Sell or Porn in them against Paypal's Acceptable Use Policy?

Why not ask Paypal about it ? I know that they are pretty much against anything adult.

dont think so.. i mean they would never found out what you sold anyway

They can find out if your customer added the adult domain name in the subject or comments when they paid for it.

Read through the Paypal's TOS. They have one for Mature Audiences which could potentially come back to haunt you. Make sure you read through the Canadian's TOS as well since it might be different and the rules up there for adult audiences are much different than the USA.

I called them once to ask them a question regarding hosting of an adult website. I asked them if I was the host, could I allow customers who own an adult website pay me for hosting services via Paypal. Their answer was no. And I actually called them three times since a lot of times calling a large company such as that you can get different answers. All three times though, the answer was no.
Great Advice! A lot of times, what will happen is, people get away with it knowing they can. But when they are caught, they will bring others down with them.

If you are going to use them, consider getting it writing that they will support you
