    i believe that sedo actually uses google, so I believe it would better to cut out the middle man.

    Its not only about making money trough the google ads. Sedo also offers a marketplace to sell/buy domains.

    parking domains is not that of a good option for earnings. sedo is good for domain buy/sell of course.
