Is Search Engine traffic Good or Referring site traffic Good?

    I have a doubt that the Search Engine Traffic is Good or Referring site traffic is Good for to get conversations of Sale and for adsense earnings.

    I have a site with Amazon products and getting traffic from search engines as well as referring sites which were linked to my site from other sites. I got 10 conversations of sale this month. But I don't know from where it happens. Is it from Organic traffic(Search Engine traffic) or from Referring site traffic.

    How it come to know?

    The best traffic is from search engine, even better than referring sites, because traffic from SE have longer time on your site, more new visits and lower bounce rate.

    I'm assuming you want to know who clicked on Amazon links and bought some products. I use Google Analytics to track people's move. You might want to see what the bounce rate of both organic and referral traffic is. If you have referral traffic at 80% and your bounce rate for organic is 35% - there is a good chance that organic traffic is better for you.

    I want to increase organic traffic or referral traffic which I am getting now 10 uv per day through organic and referral sites. How it would be? I am using twitter and have around 900 visitors. But I am not getting even 1 visitor from it. how it can to get traffic?

    If I were you I would focus on getting more traffic from the SE than the referral sites . In my case Google Analytics has shown me that the traffic coming to my sites from SE spends more time on my site and more scope and variety.

    Any kind of traffic coming to your site is Good whether it comes from a search engine or from referral sites. However when you compare the traffic from these two sites the traffic from the search engine is much better as compared to the traffic from the referral sites.

    Hi I think search engine traffic always best. because traffic is FREE. but how to get traffic to your site or url. for this purpose article marketing can help you.

    You should have used Google Analytics for checking your traffic. Hits2u is also another site that deals with checking where traffic is from. For me search engine is better than referring site's traffic as the first is a long-term source of traffic than the other one.
